Langtang Gosaikunda Trek

Experience Himalayas: Langtang Gosainkunda 16 Days Trek

The Langtang region, located in the north-central Himalayas of Nepal, stands out as a symbol of natural beauty and cultural richness. The area is home to the Langtang National Park, a sanctuary for diverse wildlife including the rare red panda and the national bird, Danfe. The park’s dense forests, Glacier rivers, and rugged peaks create a breathtaking backdrop for the Langtang Gosainkunda Trek.

The trek, a blend of nature and culture, takes you through the pristine Langtang Valley, under the shadows of the majestic Langtang Himalayan ranges. The journey offers breathtaking vistas of the Langtang mountain ranges from picturesque Kyanjin Ri, Langshisha Kharkha, or Tsergo Ri. The trek culminates at the holy Gosaikunda Lake, a high alpine lake at an altitude of 4600m.

The Langtang Gosainkunda Trek is favored by many tourists for its tranquility and the opportunity to immerse in the local Tamang culture. The friendly locals, known as ‘Langtangpa’, are happy to share their unique customs and practices, adding authenticity to this memorable trekking experience.
