Visa Requirements:

Nepalese citizens planning to visit Bali for tourism must apply for a 211A-C type tourist visa. This visa is valid for 60 days upon arrival and can be extended twice for another 60 days each. You can stay up to 180 days maximum in this visa category.

As a Nepalese Citizen, you might be aware that Nepal isn't on the list of countries eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) in Indonesia. Single Entry 211A/C Visa

The Single Entry 211A/C visa, which is also called the 'C' visa, is a single-time entry permit that is valid for 60 days. You can also extend the 'C' visa twice, each time for an additional 60 days, through our agency.
Once the visa is approved, you have a time window of 90 days to enter Indonesia. Once you enter Indonesia, the 60-day permit starts to clock in.

Important: You must be outside of Indonesia when the C visa is issued.

Multiple Entry D1 & D2 Visa with 1 year validity   

This multiple-entry visa for Indonesia is valid for 01 year with multiple entries and a 60-day maximum stay period for each visit. This visa is beneficial for frequent travelers for business, meetings, seminars, family visits, etc.

Multiple Entry D1 & D2 Visa with 2-year validity 

This is a 2-year valid Indonesia multiple-entry visit visa with 60 60-day stay period of each visit.

Required  Documents  for the Visa Process

The required documents for the visa application are as given below. 

1. A scan or digital copy of a Passport or Travel document with at least 6 months' validity on the date of travel, having at least 2 passport pages without any markings.
2. White background, Color passport-size digital Photo.
3. Bank statement of at least 3 months with a minimum balance of NPR 3 Lakhs or equivalent USD.

Short Note 

• The B211A visa does not allow for a Visa on Arrival.
• The visa is valid for 60 days and can be extended twice for a 60-day duration. You are allowed to stay 120 days maximum, including 2 time extensions.
• You need to be outside of Indonesia at the time of visa submission and issuance. 
• The processing time for the visa is approximately 6 to 10  working days.

For Non- resident Nepalese (NRN)

Required documents to present at Kathmandu Airport at the time of departure 

As per the new rules and regulations issued by the Foreign Ministry of Nepal, you have to present the following documents at the immigration desk of Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu.
1) Both way confirmed flight ticket 
2) Hotel or accommodation booking proof during your stay in Indonesia
3) 500 USD or equivalent foreign currency exchanged from the Bank with an exchange stamp on the passport copy. 
4) Self-declaration form 
5) Valid reason to travel 
All the right for departure permission at Kathmandu and arrival permission at the airport in Indonesia is reserved by an immigration officer.
