The tourist bus route from Kathmandu to Pokhara stops at Sorhakhutte, Balaju, Kalanki, Malekhu, Muglin, Dumre, and continues to Pokhara. The road distance between Kathmandu and Pokhara is 200 kilometers, but due to road construction and traffic congestion, the drive takes 7 to 8 hours.
