What are the required document and short process for Travelling Nepal. Step by Step
1) Recommendation letter issued by Tourism Depart or Nepal Tourism Board
First of all contact to any Travel, Trekking or Tour agency in Nepal with your travel plan. Your agency will forward you RECOMMENDATION LETTER issued by Tourism depart or Nepal Tourism Board in your mail. Required process in between will be done by your agency in Nepal.
2) Process for Getting Tourist Visa to Nepal
You can get TOURIST VISA TO Nepal by contacting Nepal Embassy, Counsellor or diplomat in your country. For that you have to submit RECOMMENDATION LETTER, Hotel booking or accommodation guaranteed letter in Nepal with Insurance for emergency evacuation & treatment during your visit in Nepal.
3) On arrival visa service in arrival desk of Tribhuwan International airport
If Nepali Embassy, counsellor is not in your country or not reliable or difficult to get visa by visiting than you can get ON ARRIVAL VISA at arrival desk of Tribhuwan International Airport after Submitting The same document at the time of AIRLIENS COUTER CHECK IN.
4) Required document for AIRLIINES COUNTER CHECK IN or ON ARRIVAL VISA
In the time of check in at airlines counter you have to submit 72 HOUR COVID TEST NEGATIVE REPORT or CERTIFICATE of complete dose vaccination, RECOMMENDATION LETTER, HOTEL BOOKING OR ACCOMATION IN NEPAL PROOF & TRAVEL INSURANCE. You can present same document at arrival desk of Tribhuwan International airport for getting ON ARRIVAL VISA.
5) 6-12 hour Hotel Quarantine in Nepal after arrival
After arrival in Nepal, swab will be collected for PCR Test & till the report time you have to stay in Quarantine at Hotel. Normally PCR Test time in Nepal is 06-12 hour with price NPR 2200 (EQV USD 20 DOLLAR).If your test will be negative than you can continue your trip to Nepal & Incase positive than you have to continue HOTEL QUARANTINE until your PCR NEGATIVE report by hospital.
6) Corona Safety protocol should be followed strictly during your travel to Nepal.
